~61  days. Brassica oleracea acephala.

A striking twist on a classic Southern staple, Variegated Collards offer both beauty and resilience. These tender greens boast excellent cold hardiness, and as temperatures drop, at least half of the plant’s leaves transform into a stunning green-and-white marbled display—making them a showpiece in any edible landscape. Florida family heirloom from around 1910, introduced in 1999 by Southern Exposure. Still shows some variation. Where the winter temperatures remain above 20°F, plants can live for  5+ years and develop 3" or larger stems!

~1/8-1/4tsp of seeds minimum per packet. 82% germ 01/2025.
